good stepping stone great working environment passionate colleagues who put their heart and soul into their work gallup used to advocate a a flexible working schedule and decent compensation plan : pay for performance (at the beginning)

Cons

over the years, the mission and purpose of the company has been defouled by an unappreciative top management with its : ruthless slashing of pay zero transparency the company that does not practise what it preaches : selling employee engagement products when its own associates are overworked,underpaid and not appreciated.

Extremely weak leadership, strategy and management, deeply incompetent. Treats people (staff and clients) very badly. No effective performance management systems Routinely and grossly misrepresent potential earnings No growth or development opportunities, no performance objectives, no management feedback, highly arbitrary and political. Continual, material un-repaiable data and client facing errors
