      Manager holds absolute power desipite having little to none leadership skills and character, no wisdom or wit, and below average reasoning skills. Taking advantage of employee by withholding information, set unrealistic criteria, designed criteria for promotion for no reason when in the end dispite level of performance promotion is tenure based. promoting wrong person into position with absolute power over employees no training, all learning on the job.
