      Pros

      After finishing 10 years in Gallup, I feel that I can spend at least 20 more. Gallup is an organization many join for life. The biggest Pro for Gallup is the culture to design and customize an employee's role / job profile as per their unique strengths. This gives one a feeling that they were born to do that and that is their way of contributing and living a purpose driven life.

      Cons

      Employees at Gallup sometimes can be too inward focus, specially if one spends a lot of time in the organization
