      Pros

      - Talented people to work with who are best friends both inside and outside of work - Focused on outcomes vs tasks - Opportunity to create impact with clients if you take ownership and responsibilty within projects to do so. - Global mission - Can craft my development to what suits me based on prior experience, expertise, and future goals. - Recognition is based on performance

      Cons

      - If you want or need a lot of structure you will not be fulfilled. - Ongoing development plans for some consulting roles are in the early stages of design.

      Pros

      Great people- really great people. Interesting work. A lot of mission. A lot of freedom. You feel cared about.

      Cons

      Reactionary strategies. Deal with leaving employees poorly. Had good work-life balance but that is changing for the worse.

      Pros

      There were flexible schedules, you could work up to nearly full time, supervisors are relaxed and friendly, some surveys were interesting.

      Cons

      There wasn't a lot of room for growth, you met your quota as a telephone interviewer and you stayed that way, no benefits package. There are long, tedious surveys, sometimes. Also, hostility from participants, getting hung up on.
