      The product knowledge seemed to have a lot of grounding at the first sight; a couple of very bright people to work with; minimum emphasis on individual performance, relaxed about objectives and measurement of individual contribution; no dangers of burning out, on the contrary

      Cons

      No one knew what they were doing and for what purpose; the higher on the hierarchy, the less knowledgeable; if challenged over clarity of work, they put it on you; to work in that environment you need to have a great sense of humour

      Work environment allows for freedom and self directed work. Must be a self starter and have good technical skills to succeed. Would do it again.

      Cons

      Limited career path. Company focuses on individual strength, but does not necessarily help develop and strengthen the entire potential of the individual.
