Pros

Gallup has a very positive culture that encourages creativity and innovation. This comes from the CEO, who has to be among the best in the country.

Cons

Gallup has a need for more mid-level managers. They need to do a better job at development of their employees. It is a little too loose.

Minimal opportunities to advance into leadership roles, very weak operational and executional support, company full of family and friends makes for unusual politics
