      Pay and that's about it.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic workplace with overly inflated egos both at the top and the bottom, leaving most employees who are too fearful to speak up to work like a dog or ultimately quit. Alleged unlimited PTO, which you can never take because your time off will not be respected, you will be guilt-tripped to take on more and more work, and the company actually incentivizes overtime.
