Gallup’s mission is to deliver great analytics and advice, and our technology team plays a crucial role in making these analytics and advice come to life for our clients. Our department’s strategy and work is based on data that ensures we are focusing our time where it will have the most impact. With the world’s workforce changing far faster than ever before, it can feel challenging to have to adapt our deliverables to meet the needs of our clients, however we try to mitigate any negative impact this could have on our associates. When we’re required to deviate from plans, we always attempt to communicate the reasons behind the change and what our plan is going forward. We know that some of our best ideas come from our people closest to the projects, and we truly appreciate their insight and ideas even if we can’t take action on them at that time.
