Pros

Nice people The scientists are phenomenal and fantastic on sales calls

Cons

Despise anything that has to do with “sales”. Thinks it is a bad word. Compare themselves to McKinsey which is shocking as they would need to sign up for sales and be a lot bigger before they should even think they are in the same universe as McKinsey. It is a typical family run company who brags about not being on debt when everyone who has been a part of a growing enterprise company knows that - of course - you have to make investments to grow. At the end of the day they lean on the son and he is smart but not an enterprise sales leader leader by any means. The biggest negative is the slow growth drag in their plans to grow the tech platform. They are dying in the competitive landscape.

Pros

Make your own schedule, can do other things while you work

Cons

They told us they were going through and merging several branches in our area and they'd keep us updated. Managers during this time started jumping ship like crazy and things started looking suspicious. Finally they came out with it and told us they were actually closing down all the branches they were going to merge within a few months. During that time the only samples we were given were very tired samples, (people who've been called sometimes up to 5 different times already and either didnt pick up or they refused previously), it was impossible to meet any kind of quota and they started booting people out for making any kind of mistake at all. The micromanagement was atrocious, higher than any job I've ever had, and that was even before their fake merger.
