      No humanity and very micro management

      After my 3 years of service I did not see any single advantage of working in this company

      No Humanity, they treat employees as Robots who can work 24/7 and 365 days a year without breaks or mistakes. No respect for senior employees. You will receive a review of your work almost every day. Every other person will have concerns about your work, the way you talk, the way your face reacts, etc. An extremely micro-management culture Layoff without giving a single minute's notice. They don't have any respect to their employee, don't even thing about employee problems. Management does not stick to its promise.

      The pay is awful. The way employees are paid is awful. If you even mention the word union to another employee at Gallup, you WILL BE TERMINATED. Gallup's motto may be "helping people be heard", but don't expect to be heard ad an employee. I've also noticed and heard that employees who give LOW SCORES on the Q12 employee satisfaction survey are usually fired by their supervisor. This survey is supposed to be anonymous.

      The science and data behind our work is pretty fascinating and you really feel like you're improving the lives of other employees.

      Cons

      Burnout culture and low pay. If you want to get ahead, clock in 60+ hours and play the political game. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with the less-than-inflation raise every year
