Gallup is not a great place to work

Pros

They paid to move me across country

Cons

They hired as part of government incentive and then fired once they’d received that incentive. Immoral to move and disrupt families when you don’t have plans to keep them.

We understand the commitment it takes to move a family for a job, and it’s our goal to retain every hire we have unless performance isn’t being achieved, or the fit isn’t right. Ongoing conversations with managers ensure that when departures do happen, it’s often a last step in a longer process.

Burnout Culture

Pros

A lot of variety in projects. People are nice.

Cons

No work life balance and high turnover leads to burnout. Gallup is the self-proclaimed authority on this, so why is it so bad?
