      Pros

      Fun product and culture. Great team dynamics amount co- workers. Strengths based and genuine good relationships with many people. Clients love the Gallup name and you will love the devotion the company has to its roots. Family owned but the family at its core tries to do right by its people and mission.

      Cons

      If you want to advance this could be tough if you are not located in either DC or Omaha. Pay is low and you will have little impact on the direction of the company no matter the business you bring in. Behind from a technology stand point. Leadership especially in the mid market is rigid - they already have "their" people and it will be difficult for you to advance. In my time there they actually introduced and advancement plan that put me two levels above an intern with 10 + years experience AND top 10 performance- when I pointed this out I was told to get on board or find another job...... I found another job for 2x what I was making - in retrospect I appreciate the nudge to make a change.
