Absolutely awful financial management (can't pay vendors in a reasonable time). No employee engagement contrary to "survey". Too much pressure on workers. Asked to do more work for same lousy pay. Pay scales far below average rates for the area and industry. Large turnover rate, and management just doesn't care.

Leadership very lacking in moral compass. Way to focused on making high profit over making a safe quality product. Will cut corners in order to make product appear as if it meets government standards and contractual when it does not even pass testing. So, they just change the test or build and not tell customer or check if the change affects other tests item is supposed to pass.
