Individual contributor coworkers are good to work with. Ambitious technical goals
Cons
Chaos due to senior management wanting to do too many things while cutting resources. Asking for everything and doing nothing to help isn't leadership, it's the behavior of a toddler. No loyalty to employees, does mass layoffs while we're ostensibly trying to expand. Breaks promises. Fired one of the best middle managers they had within a month of me making my updated review.
