      They haven't been late on employee checks.

      Cons

      Company unfortunately runs like a chicken with its head removed. Shockingly large number of upper management are not on the same page about priorities or standards. Communication is near non existent on all levels. If not for the investors and lower level employees who actually care, the company would have collapsed by now.
