If you want a CHEAP company with lousy management, GALVION is for you!

Plenty of vacation time, Good work hours

Cons

Absolutely awful financial management (can't pay vendors in a reasonable time). No employee engagement contrary to "survey". Too much pressure on workers. Asked to do more work for same lousy pay. Pay scales far below average rates for the area and industry. Large turnover rate, and management just doesn't care.

Great team and management, lots of interesting work. Opportunities for an individual to contribute to the final product. Very exciting and challenging as an individual will work on multiple products simultaneously

Cons

Projects have very aggressive timelines and are usually understaffed. Compensation is on the lower end of the scale.
