Pros

Has a marketplace with food available in break room.

Cons

Environment is chaotic and there is almost no space for movement or to keep your tools. Attendance policy is basically trying to force you out the door. If you are sick or have a family member sick you better stay home for 3 days even if you cant afford it or you get a point on your record. 2 days = 2 points. 3 days and a dr note is the only way to avoid this. 8 points in a whole year and you're fired. No room for growth. You are paid based on where you stand no matter how much experience you have or the quality you produce. Work is incredibly slow. Current OSHA violations. Managers and supervisors all have horrible attitudes and will literally huff at you and walk away. People are not held accountable for their mistakes. Quality is poor and noone cares (just read facebook customer reviews). I WOULD NOT recommend anyone work here.

Pros

-Fully remote -Nice supervisors -Helpful and nice coworkers -Schedule flexibility

Cons

-Very long periods of mandatory overtime (10+ OT hours every week for months in a row with no breaks) -Pay is on the lower end of the market and they need to provide more raises for increased work and responsibilities -Orders completed are tracked every day and they put pressure on getting high numbers which makes quality suffer -Too many people in management (could lose the Art Director position) and not enough graphic designers to handle the increasing work loads -Could offer more PTO (again on the lower end of what a lot of other places offer) -Art dept. management needs to work more with sales reps management to stop the weaponized incompetence from sales reps that impact everyone else’s responsibilities
