Pros
-if you like games, this IS the place for you - just be realistic about what is expected of you in a sales position. I enjoyed conversing with guests about the latest and newest tech and franchises, and i was among like-minded coworkers too. -Selling memberships did have a decent bonus incentive for awhile
Cons
-often short staffed -pay isn't reflective of what you do as a shift lead -too much pressure on sales for a job that didn't give you commission
