Pros

The people who were hired were the best part. Lots of diversity from different companies.

Cons

Dozens laid off because the company did not have a plan to sustain the massive amount of talent that they hired in Summer 2021. Many were laid off without warning and the reasoning was often hidden behind made up excuses of poor performance. The team was constantly micromanaged. Leadership was not friendly.
