Pros

Flat hierarchies, open minded people & challenging tasks. You really have a feeling you can make an change, you are given the responsibility and all tools/support you need to succeed. This gives you the opportunity to grow in each direction, learn from the most senior in the company. Great leadership. The company is task/goal oriented, so you are the one who decides how to prioritise, how to use your time at work and when to take a break.

Cons

I do not find any.

Pros

If you like promoting the Games Workshop hobby then this is the job for you. If you like cheaper models then this is the job for you.

Cons

Its a hard job, with a lot of expectations of self improvement and a focus on results. Work life and personal life can become the same thing as it requires a lot of personal buy in to the company.
