A great company with horrible US leadership and that doesn't know how to be itself.

Pros

Games Workshop has one of the best benefits packages available to all employees and is filled with people who love the product and want to provide great customer service.

Cons

The US retail leadership is horrible and only gives lip service to ideals and values of the company. They do not care about building a lasting company but only with having a good sales report on a month to month basis. They would rather lose good people and not take time to build something lasting if it will take longer than a few weeks.
