- Good experience for recent grads due to situations that arise (think: If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere)

Cons

- High turnover rate due to poor management - Non-competitive salary - No advancement opportunities - Deceitful management techniques - Their way of making you feel developed or involved is by requesting ideas and feedback to develop improvements, but nothing is done due to their bottom-line being priority #1. - Only certain people involved for years with upper management get a “seat at the table”
