Pros

A majority of the employees work here because they want to give back to our community and help those in need. Teams work to the best of their ability on incredibly low budgets (the lower level staff).

Cons

Hard work is NOT rewarded, for those who go above and beyond are expected to do so. Company raises are non-existent, management indicates this is due to them being "non-profit", insurance is very expensive and only high deductible plans are offered. There is almost NO development of employees happening. Depending on your working location, employees are not even informed about new job postings or career opportunities. There is a very high turnover rate.

Pros

People are friendly and the working environment is comfortable. The company's data analysis part is under construction and the senior managers have a progressive thinking about company's development.

Cons

This company provides mental health services across west Massachusetts. Sometimes you need to travel a lot across each department of the sites.
