      You will learn alot Nice cafe You can wear jeans Very friendly A good place for a couple of years Great place for working mothers- nice daycare affiliation but $$$

      Cons

      Few holidays a meger 7 days vs 11 or more with other companies Vacation starts with four weeks... But you will be forced to use one week at the end of the year mid year they will 'ask' you to take time off during a middle month Antiquated Systems- IT will drive you bonkers No one retires from here.... Well maybe a few Every year benefits get skimpier and cost the employees more

      Even though they practice family/work balance...you earned merit on the hours and time you put in..The more you worked the more recognition you got

      Work-life balance, team collaboration and camaraderie.

      Cons

      Easier to advance within online than bricks/mortars channel. However, you have to prove yourself at a lower grade/level in order to move up within the organization. That said, there are a lot tenured and overqualified employees at their level.
