Getting to know and having great loving relations with the residents

Cons

I left due to some coworker difficulties. The major con for me is I grew to love these residents as family. MOST did not want to see me go, just ask THEM. But in the handbook, when you leave employment with your company, you’re not allowed to visit the residents for 90 days!!! I think that is just unfair. We’re suppose to be there for them right??? Once the 90 days are up, you have to get permission 🤷‍♀️totally ridiculous rule!
