If you are a Corp "say yes" individual, than this company could work out for you!

Cons

When there is any situation there is always blame placed on employees! Corp does not understand people in the field and the everyday struggle in healthcare! All employees are numbers to them! None of the corp 6 figure management cares about the resident or families that are struggling with the decision to place their loved one in Assisted Living or Memory Care! It is all about census and dollars!! We are all replaceable and it is made clear daily. Unappreciated, under valued, disrespected seems to be the normal from this company. Think very hard about working for this management company!! Or, make a conscience decision to do minimum work and quiet quit!! They seems to be ok with that mentality. It's the dedicated and hardworking employees that get screwed! Under paid for the expectation and job requirements! Don't walk - RUN away from this company!!
