The only positive aspect of the experience was the connection with the residents, families and staff.

Cons

Corporate leadership was unresponsive to the needs at a facility level. The corporate office was disconnected from the facilities. Regional leadership was very unorganized, unprofessional and failed to respond to the needs expressed. The regional leader was loud and rude to families and staff. Regional leader was unprofessional, had episodes of yelling and using profanity.
