Pros

At Gardant Management solutions I gained a substantial amount of technical knowledge and experience. I enjoyed being a part of the decision-making process on projects, and I valued the trust management had in me to get the job done. I worked with a lot of great people and the corporate office had many social events throughout the year. The benefits while working there were very good as well.

The residents were very nice, and all the department heads at the community were caring.

Cons

Insurance is bad--$5000.00 deductible. You can't take a day off for a year, and only earn a 1/2 sick day per month.

Pros

Work inside buildings was very fulfilling. People were great management team great. Residents great.

Cons

All interaction with corporate was toxic. They used employees like pieces of meat. No allegiance to anyone. Mission is full of crap. Only care about profit, not seniors being served.
