Pros

Great company to work for! I️ worked at GSHL for almost a year before I️ decided to move out of state. Within my time at GSHL I️ was promoted twice into roles I️ was ambitious towards. Hard work pays off here; if you work hard chances are you’ll be able to move up within the company. There’s no micro-managing here as long as you get the job done you’re pretty much given free range on how you would like to get it done. Overall I️ loved working at GSHL and if I️ ever move back to Jersey it would be the first place I️ go to look for a new job.

Cons

This isn’t your typical 9-5, clock in, clock out kind of job. That may be a con for some people just looking for a paycheck and a desk job. However I️ loved the flexibility of not working the same hours day in and day out. Plus the President and CEO really take care of their employees to ensure a great work environment.

Pros

You are pushed to work hard and do great work. The company is focused on delivering for its customers, the customer experience is everything, and they expect the employees to do everything they can to deliver for their customers. They are really flexible on everything, I have never made a request that was not accepted.

Cons

If you have a slow and stead approach to your work, this is not going to be a good fit. It's fast pace, high expectations, and constantly busy place.
