      Pros

      They actually practice what they preach. They have company values and goals and actually work to embody and achieve them. The CEO actually cares about his employees. I interact with him often and feel engaged in the company. Great pay and benefits. Fun people. Flexible work from home/in the office.

      Cons

      Inclusion and diversity needs improvement, which they are aware of and actively working on. I personally don't like the open office concept. I don't want cubicles but just a small/short dividing wall for some privacy would be nice.

      Pros

      Gardner’s company culture is very fun. The people are great to be around and make work enjoyable. Relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      Seems tough to advance rapidly in career with the size of the company. Although there’s been lots of recent company growth.

      Pros

      The people whom work at this company are wonderful and I can consider them all close friends. The company has a great work culture which differs from any other company I've experienced. They have great benefits as well. Overall a wonderful company.

      Cons

      The hours are flexible but you end up putting in quite a few hours depending on the number of projects you're working on.
