      Pros

      Reasonable expectations. No death marches. A good collaborative atmosphere. interesting work. Opportunity to learn new(ish) technologies. The team in Diamond Bar has become increasingly engaged and cohesive.

      Cons

      Compensation is a bit stunted. Garmin pays bottom dollar for everything it acquires...including talent.
