It can be hard to find anyone interested in career continuation. There is a lot of focus on what they can learn from you and not so much attention on creating a sense of community or on further opportunities for individual career growth.

Pay scale is a little on low end, but somewhat made up for with a decent benefits package. There is not a lot of turnover, so while you may advance in your career path based on title and pay rate, there aren't a lot of ways to make significant jumps into different roles.
