      I love the people I work with, schedule is fairly flexible, health/benefits and 401K are great

      Cons

      pay is low compared to industry standards and very unclear where I'll go from my current role to the next. I think Garmin has a reputation of being a place where you come for 2 years, gain some experience, and leave. And that's unfortunate, but very true.
