      pays well only if you are a very squeeky wheel. don't hold back and don't take no from HR.

      Cons

      toxic culture, you are a pleeb unless you're at least a director. Enjoy your cheap, high density cubicle. Office environment is far too loud to think, no telecommuting. if you work too hard, your lazy colleague hate you. High degree of sociopathy among HR XX chromosome . types. Leadership justifiably hates IT management.
