      Pros

      Hybrid work (3 days in office). Smart co-workers. DO-178 with modern tools (git, Jenkins, CI/CD).

      Cons

      In-house review and requirements tools were subpar. Lots of focus on tracking hours spent. Lots of legacy SW and HW to maintain. No other way to say this, but most management is white and male.
