      Pros

      I've learned a lot within the first 6 months of working here and I feel like I'm learning more each day. Work in a low stress environment. Lots of intelligent and kind coworkers. Casual dress is great. Good work-life balance. The benefits are quite comprehensive and fair. Job security. The future of this company looks promising from the inside. The cafeteria food is usually good.

      Cons

      I hear that there are diminishing returns on remaining with this company long term. Cafeteria food is pricey. Stock has dropped $30 in the past year.

      Some of the best people you could ever work with. Employees tend to stay a long time. Great health benefits.

      Cons

      A company that continues to grow. Can be hard to get good ideas pushed through. The layers can get to be a little much. Some promotions don't always make good sense.
