Pros

A great company that has a wonderful culture.

Cons

It's hard to move up in the ranks while working in Salem. There needs to be more opportunities for every hard working person in the contact center.

Pros

Garmin is a great place to work as a company. They have great benefits, an awesome Winter Ball, and take the company to World's of Fun once a year. Besides a lower salary, the company does try to take care of its employees.

Cons

-Micromanaged if you are under the attendance policy -Very difficult to get out of the call center to persue other jobs -Very slow in promotion -Salary is OK
