Pros

Good team mate and technology

Cons

Enforcing hurriedly work from office in India when they do not have basic parking where current office suits only hybrid model, lack of flexibility and making employees inconvenient as they need to spend minimum 3 hours on road without basic public transport, no transport facility by management

Pros

Benefits are decent, people are problem-solvers. Lots of parallel social events.

Cons

People management has a much higher value than techincal mangement. Unclear technical paths with harder promotions than for managing people, resulting in poor people managers because that's the easy way up. Poor planning as part of the company culture, too many people working based on interrupting others. Upper management enforcing people to work full time in the office after years of constant growth in remote or hybrid policies does not make sense.
