      Pros

      Garmin had the best culture out of any company I've worked for. Everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.

      Cons

      Very rigid requirements for progressing to different positions.

      Pros

      Office space is amazing. Most everyone you work with loves their jobs. Lots of little perks. Benefits are great. Work life balance is amazing.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely poor and low. Promotions are rare and unlikely. There are no pay negotiations and will be told “benefits are great.” Benefits don’t pay the bills. Very Engineer focused so don’t expect to make work that isn’t outside of pushing numbers and stats. Very little room for creativity and is seen as defiance. No work from home options. Airport food prices for the vending machines and cafeteria. Business model is wacky.
