      nice office and other staff

      you take calls and do chat's, company is after quantity/not customer satisfaction, it does not matter if you have a good score from your customer, if you do not hit your daily target you go on a PIP, managers micro manage you, pushing you to resign, team leaders could not do the job of their team members but manage them, started hot desking - no pedestals and no personnel items on desk allowed - soul crushing, left before this working environment destroyed me
