Job security No other pros Just a stable job with very less salary

Cons

People leaves company alot, they have more people leaving and employee retainment is the big challenge Too much pressure on engineers by functional side No WLB Highest perfromance gives you 4% raise No RSU given to SE level Lots of on-call duties Middle management sucks Lots of politics

Pros

Garmin has the best culture I’ve experienced. I don’t feel overworked and the people are great to work with. Benefits are great and 401k matching is awesome!

Cons

It can take many years to move to a higher salary position. In general, pay compensation is acceptable, but not amazing.
