      Some excellent engineers and a good community. Decent benefits. Industry average salary.

      Cons

      Senior management incompetence in Cluj is absolutely shocking (let's just say Tudor T, Aida T, Daniel H, Adela A). These are people that are not qualified to work in the IT sector at least not in the position of leadership the occupy (and protect with any price). This fact negates the value of an otherwise good employer, which is very unfortunate.
