Has a pleasant working environment, employees are encouraged to express their creativity. There are also sport activites, and special events. You can test various Garmin products. Also, employees can acquire Garmin products at big discounts!

Cons

In some some departments you may not have real opportunities for career growing if you work in a small location of the company. Salaries are decent, but not great.
