Pros

Great benefits. Great company value statement. Easy intro tech job. Some really great people in Tucson.

Cons

My Team Leader was awful. He inappropriately shared information about other people on my team with me. He didn’t congratulate me or say goodbye to me when I got a new job. Inappropriate joking (racist, derogatory remarks) would go unchecked consistently. Over 3 years, the leadership in Tucson and beyond showed an unwillingness to respond to concerns of staff. When employees are underperforming or disrespectful to others, it is often said “it’s very difficult to have someone fired.”
