Business Outlook
Pros
Stable employment. The people I interact with every day (middle management and below) are just great. No interpersonal drama. Good, down to earth, interesting people with intelligence and moral character. Historically ran by engineers not finance guys, and avoided a lot of "corporate BS" despite being a large company.
Cons
Compensation has always been mediocre. Decisions from upper management have been increasingly negatively impacting employees. In the years to come, I would expect increased attrition and decaying culture.
