Lower and middle management don't believe in company's core values. Too much of politics, people getting promoted on the basis of their relationship with managers rather than performance. Compensation is too low. Discrimination in promotions , career opportunities, compensation. Only a few good coworkers , most of them are incompetent ,below average. If you are the one who questions the status quo,believes in open work culture,honest in communications then this is not the place for you.

• Outdated tech depending on your team and department. • Performance or profit sharing bonuses are non-existent. Everyone gets a small amount for Christmas (which I appreciate), but nothing more. • 5 year vesting period on 401k. • There is no incentive for hard work. High performance won't get you more than a 4-5% raise. Work from lazy/slow workers gets passed on to the performers. • You will get stuck doing the same things and you generally will not continue learning and growing at an acceptable pace for the tech industry. • Many managers are great but some are clueless and not accepting of anything that does not go their way. • Some managers pass off a significant amount of their own work and responsibilities to their team (but some are great and take on more responsibility than they really should).
