      Good health insurance, decent 401k match, can wear completely unprofessional clothing and fit in (cargo shorts never died at Garmin), decent food in the cafeteria

      Cons

      I never get a chance to talk to my manager, career development / growth isn't even a consideration, many aspects of our more complicated products and systems are poorly documented, nothing is staffed properly, things always feel chaotic and unmanaged. Have found moving to other areas extremely difficult. Ways that different areas are managed seems very different group to group and function to function.

      Pros

      Stress free work environment, cafeteria's really good, good temperature control, no one really talked with each other, great benefits for entry level job. So bored I planned my next steps to move into a different career. Management was all super nice. Great starter and am happy for it showing me what I didn't want to do.

      Cons

      Boring work, tried to look busy a lot, watching clock tick, no one really talked to each other, redundant tasks, waiting to be mostly automated. Basically cleaning terrible data. A few weirdos but they keep it interesting. Olathe might be one of the most dull towns in the US. Too bad they couldn't have been just a few miles north closer to Kansas City.
