Pros

The company provides a highly competitive salary along with an impressive range of benefits. These benefits include comprehensive health insurance, generous paid time off, retirement savings plans, and additional perks that contribute to a positive and rewarding work environment. Overall, the compensation and benefits package truly sets this organization apart, demonstrating a genuine commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction.

Cons

Renewing contracts can often be a complex and demanding process that involves careful negotiation, evaluation of current terms, and consideration of both parties' evolving needs and expectations. These factors can make contract renewal particularly challenging to navigate and complete.

Pros

Manager is nice and friendly

Cons

The 2-days-a-week work from home policy will be going away completely once they build the new parking garage. The 3% raises each year do not keep up with inflation. No sick time, you have to use PTO.
