Pros

Benefits - awesome 401k, PTO that doesn't reset at the end of the year, health insurance is great and affordable, ESPP You'll get to work with some fantastic products

Cons

Company culture is a joke. What's an even bigger joke is the work/life balance that HR loves to tout. You may be forced to work weekends while your peers with less seniority get to enjoy them. Never trust anyone. That includes HR. Many people are only concerned about what's in it for themselves instead of what's best for the company, and they'll throw you under the bus and make a big deal of the smallest "issues" that are in reality non-issues. Too many people who aren't passionate about their segment. Literally probably 95%+ are clueless. Limited to no room for advancement If they don't want to give you a raise, they'll find a reason not to, even if unjust If you like to be belittled, intimidated and threatened on a regular basis, you'll love working at Garmin.
