Pros

My colleagues made the job bearable as in most call centers I suppose. Also the free product loan is great to try out their newest gadgets. Good canteen its hot meals as well as sandwiches etc

Cons

Timed toilet breaks (max 1 hour per month), no socializing allowed in office, too much focus on quantities instead of quality, big turnover of staff (3-6 new people every month but no new desks needed...), very hierarchical, people are not happy (but at least everyone's not happy together)

Pros

Garmin is a Top 5 company in the KC area. There are very few that I can think of that offer what Garmin does as far as benefits, flexibility, salary, and work / life balance.

Cons

Nothing really bad to say. There are some additional perks that would be nice that I think we'll see as time goes on with the 2020 expansion.
